Teams

Dolphins

• Open to new and/or less experienced swimmers 4th grade and younger
• Must be able to swim 25 yards of one of the four competitive swim strokes completely unassisted
• Focus on developing the 4 competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly) as well as starts, turns and underwaters
• Not expected to compete in meets (meets are optional)
• Practices Tuesday & Thursday 6:45pm-7:45pm
• Cost $290

Stingrays

• 5th Grade and up
• Must be able to swim minimum 50 yards (unassisted) of at least one of the four competitive swim strokes (freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke, backstroke)
• Practices Monday 6:30-8:00, Tuesday & Thursday 6:45pm-8:15pm
• Cost $350

Sharks

• More experienced swimmers (5th Grade and up)
• Must be able to swim 100 yards in of one of the four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly) completely unassisted
• Focus on developing the 4 competitive swim strokes, starts, turns and on building endurance, and improving race strategy
• Practice Monday-Thursday 6:30-8:30, Friday 6:30-8:00
• Cost $410

High School

• For high schoolers who compete on their high school's swim team
• Swims with Sharks and follows the same practice schedule
• Cost $300 for girls, $150 for boys
